Incorporates changes from:

Creates a new ccsm-helm chart, which will contain the different applications/services as subcharts. The first subchart is a copy of the zeebe-cluster-helm chart. The values files and resources have been adjusted to new grouping of properties. The README was improved correspondingly. Helm chart was tested via manual deployment.

This can be seen as first step of #124

Move different configuration/properties into separate section, like zeebe/gateway etc.
Adjust readme property table based on new sections/grouping.
Move the templates for Zeebe into an own sub chart, this allows to add further charts and separate the concerns. Furthermore we are able to disable charts easily.
Follow Menskis review hints and use Camunda cloud instead of ccsm.
Since we currently rewrite the structure it makes it most of the time out of sync, to avoid that only one values file is updated.
