能否支持TopCpu，Top内存，Top流量等相关功能

top系列实现比较麻烦，首先要根据设备类型区分，比如交换机，linux，windows等，再按照类型取值后进行计算，grafana可以完美实现，后期考虑实现，目前主要考虑实现微信，邮件等发送功能。多谢建议。
