Enhancement Proposal

The code here uploads the single charm only.
Hovewer the charmcraft.yaml supports multiple bases (which is critical for subordinate operators).

It is an enhancement request to improve 'upload-charm' action to upload all *.charm files produced by charmcraft.

This should be done with a matrix build, as not to add too much complexity to the automation.
