What needs to get done

The following commands need to be migrated to craft-application AppCommand and moved out of snapcraft.commands.core22:

  • list-plugins
  • expand-extensions and list-extensions
  • init

Why it needs to get done

  • snapcraft list-plugins is unimplemented for core24 and does not run
  • The other commands work but should be migrated
