Small posibility that new random value is the same

There is a possibility to generate the same value again. I could be wrong but I think a system that use special range of ip mask could be better like using private network mask. This would really anonymize the IP cause these IP are used for local network.

10.0.0.0/8 allow 16_777_216 ip replacement for example, ipv6 also have similar private mask.
