Rework the device and logs table #400

Right now this table are bloated and cause lot of issue in the billing system and for user when explore this data.

So we need to rework them to make this table usable again.

One possibility is to remove foreign key to make it faster, and optimize index

What has been done already is create a script that remove old data (more than 90 days) to make this both table lighter
