Standing/portrait layout cards

What is the status of support in card.io for printed (non-embossed) cards that has the info laid out in a vertically oriented fashion? They've been around for a while and seem to be becoming increasingly commonplace.

This is a pretty substantial enhancement. Unfortunately, I (nor the rest of my team) do not have the bandwidth right now to tackle this due to other commitments. I'll leave this issue open in this repo to track this request. If you or anyone else wants to make enhancements to the source for this feature and submit PRs, they would be welcomed.
