Mandatory Update
CareBitcoin Core v5.0.0 is a mandatory update for all users. This release contains new consensus rules and improvements that are not backward compatible with older versions.
Notable Changes
Implemented PIVX-Project/PIVX#803 (DoS spam filter), added extra mitigations from paws-fund/PAWS-Core@be85f23, added new staking enforcements and several upstream fixes from PIVX-Project/PIVX
Activation
Once >50% of the masternodes migrate to v5, all the old peers will be disconnected, causing the blocks generated by the old clients to be invisible to v5 blockchain and therefore lost. Please follow the updates in Discord to have an estimate when this migration will happen.
