Trainees who have an instructor badge show a grey "Instructor" badge in the "Eligible" column on the all trainees page. However, if the "Is Instructor?" filter is set to "Yes, has instructor badge," the page does not display these trainees - instead it shows no results.

The other options for this filter work as expected.
