Add timescaledb dialect support

Description

I've tried to make timescaledb work on server side but I can't figure out how to create hypertables or use the handy functions for analysis that timescalse provides on top op postgress.

I believe it would be an amazing idea to pevide dialect support on sq files in order to achieve it.

In a negative case, is there a way to run manually queries with it?
