Change, cleanup old kanim demos now in castle-anim-frames/simple/ subdir

Removed fog_animation.kanim (fog animation this way is no longer supported since a long time), jagged_animation.kanim (not interesting). Completely remade cube_opening (fun with hand and flowers). Remade worm_crawl.
