Robot corpses do not have a dismantle recipe

Description

Robots such as those from Aftershock (Utility bot, Construction bot) do not possess a dismantling recipe. The same issue seems present if a Crow turret is dragged in by other mods like Cata++.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Kill a robot such as a Utility bot
2. Examine or attempt to dismantle the bot corpse
3. There are no available recipes for dismantling

Expected behavior

Robots can be dismantled for their parts, as is implied by the description when examined.
