Exports can be filtered by an extinct parameter with 3 states. true/false will filter result in taxa with just that property, null will include all names.

I have a blog post about working with extinct taxa on GBIF. I will hold off publishing the post until this feature is working.

I have replaced the bare names filter option with an extinct one: 059c749
