This is an ongoing data collection from Elena which has different source data than #1

  • The fiber photometry is in .ABF format (AxoBits)
  • The raw video recordings can be multiple TIF files OR .avi file(s)
  • The optogenetic stimulation data is in a .mat file ("opto")
  • Currently there is no DLC data available for this experiment
