Describe the bug
The logic of showing date in extension is not aligned with the design

Expected behavior

Proposal created date:
Duration
Label: "Duration"
Spec: Display min duration of the action/voting
Deadline to take action
Label: "Deadline to take action"
Spec: Display max duration of the action/voting, this will show immediately after min duration ends
Completed date
Label: "Completed on"
Spec: Display the time when the action/voting is completed
End date
Spec: Display the completed date of the last action/voting of the phase
