With the new design, few things to fix:

Editing a Workflow will create a new Version, which will remain unpublised by default (cannot create mission from it)
A new set of CheckPoint should be created once a Workflow Version is published (not when a Mission is created)
New table for oracle data: Snapshot, Tally
Move data from column -> json

What you want to do?

Write README for the new Dash repo
Setup project for Dash
@onspeedhp should make the Struct & Seeds clearer; also adding Transactions
