Added two entries for Supporters

While filling up the supporter form i entered the full URL which additionally added up with http://hackcodeofconduct.org/ and hence i did another entry. Kindly delete the previous one. I also find out that maybe due to this confusion there are so many duplicate or incorrect entries on the page.

@shaktigoap yeah I need to add an edit feature. It's not a lot of work, just time. For now I just go in every few weeks and remove duplicates :)
