右上角的 Tampermonkey 并没有显示有脚本在运行，请确认已正确安装脚本，或已启用脚本。

你去扩展页 chrome://extensions/ ，然后开启开发者模式，重启chrome，脚本就能下载了

我也遇到这问题了，这方法是油猴提供的
