CMx doesn't work for me. Is it working on other macs?

Then it makes it all UPPERCASE.
Else, it pops up a little menu offering to run Ant, run JUnit, etc.

Version ...30, on Ganymede, on OS X 10.5.6.
Keys scheme selected is: Default

I also tried CSx, to no avail.
All the other key bindings seem to work fine.
