项目描述：以小型无人机为平台，与PC建立wifi UDP通信，在此基础上，通过python在PC端开发一个与无人机进行实时交互的地面工具，交互内容包括但不限于：a.无人机前视摄像头数据实时获取并解码;b.无人机控制指令实时发送；c.无人机传感数据信息实时读取。PC端地面交互工具将基于实时视频流进行基于图像处理算法技术的功能开发，处理的实时图像数据将围绕与杨超越有关的素材图像。初次之外，将在无人机平台上进行硬件拓展，安装小型扬声器+led点阵，播放与杨超越有关的音视频。
无人机平台：DJI tello无人机
硬件拓展： led点阵，小型扬声器
无人机与PC通信方式：WIFI UDP
无人机与PC通信协议：Tello SDK v1.4
PC地面站开发语言：python
