can't switch back to public after selecting private #20

  • visit /edit#foo (where tiddler "foo" doesn't exist yet)
  • switch to private mode by clicking the roundel
  • click the roundel to switch back to public mode

the last step does nothing

@FND says he'll do this because he requires that it not result in there being duplicates between the two bags

If I wrote it I would simply switch the target of the save, and apparently that is insufficient.

at this point, unfortunately, it seems unlikely that he ever will

Nor does it seem like cdent ever will.

As an aside: I tried to port edit to tank for use in a comp and it just wasn't worth the effort. The code was too encumbered with tiddlyspaceness.
