musharing_chatbot 服务启动慢，有时候它还没起来 muvtuberdriver 就去和他建立链接了，然后 error 退出了。

治标：手动重启一下 muvtuberdriver: docker compose restart muvtuberdriver

治本：把 musharing_chatbot 也迁移用标准的 chatbot_api，然后统一池化的惰性链接吧( cdfmlr/muvtuberdriver#1 )。

让 docker 自动 restart container 了，不必手动重启了。但根本问题没有解决
