Unlist xabufr/dyn

Not sure how it's done, but at https://registry.terraform.io/search/providers?q=dyn I can see both Cdiscount and xabufr:

, while I believe these two are the same repos (was the Github org renamed?)

If so, I suggest to remove the other name to avoid confusion.

These are the same providers.

The xabufr/dyn was created, then the original repo was moved to Cdiscount org.
I cannot remove/blacklist the original published version, but I can remove the webhook, so no new version will be published on xabufr/dyn.
