UI Components on "Private" Network #10

The project I am working on is in a completely isolated network and therefore our browsers are unable to resolve the external URLs for:

https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/css/bootstrap.min.css
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.1.0/css/font-awesome.min.css
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/js/bootstrap.min.js
http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/zeroclipboard/1.3.5/ZeroClipboard.min.js

Is there any way to embed these resources in the plugin so that we can enjoy the wonder of your awesome plugin?
