Proper names showing up uncapitalized

Put in note about proper names showing up in the results uncapitalized. (May need to edit XML)

Go here: http://rosie.unl.edu/austen/frequencies

And look through all the character names. For any weird ones (incorrect capitalization, etc) note the novel, and name, and the ID.

e.g.

Persuasion

• Lady (#aus.002.unknownlady)

You can get the ID by clicking on the name, it will show up at the end of the URL.

You only need to do the individual novels, not "all novels"
