Fix upgrade to be more reliable.

For now the upgrade method works well to check if there's is an update. But when installing the update, it doesn't work because of file conflicts. The update is actually downloaded but it remains in the downloaded forlder, so the user would have to do it manually.

So for now the only solution is to move the download files from Smoqu-AIP-...... into the parent directory and remove the old upgrade.py file.
