Looks good! only two quotation marks to delete that found their way in there! :)
As we discussed, GitHub makes it quite hard to make it bilingual and accessible at the same time, so we'll keep it this way for now and we can submit them feedback since these form templates are in beta.
For the "choose another type" sentence, I understand we can't edit this field at all since it's picks up the description automatically and also adds automatically the sentence. So we can keep it this way as well for now.

Common issues
The description appears at the top. The "If this doesn't look right, choose a different type." portion is added on by github, not us. I tried to add:
but it doesn't look great because it also gets added on the "Choose issue type page", and the link doesn't show up as well on both pages because it doesn't accept markdown format on that field (description).
🦉 This issue repeats on all the other form templates. Is this okay?

We can only update the title and the description for these items. Everything else is handled by github. The description appears once again on the actual issue template (see common issues above).
