New-line separated file with projects to exclude.

Should be in the same folder as other gitte files

Make the file if it does not exist at gitte config load

I think i want to add the following features to this issue:
-> Config should have a property on projects along the lines of "defaultDisabled"
-> If the application sees a new project for the first time with a "defaultDisabled", automatically add it to disabled projects.
