i'm seeing some issues in the cli on billing.

if i issue:

clc billing get-invoice-data --year 2016 --month 7

I get an output fine.

change it to:

clc billing get-invoice-data --year 2016 --month 8

Error occured while sending request to API. Status code: 500. Server says: An error has occurred.

i'm unsure why the random cut off in the month.
