How do you think we'll efficiently grab all the clone metadata for listing? Or would this just be expensive but easier for users?

I think there are basically two options:
- include clones and heads in the result. the caller can infer from whether the clone is present whether they care to listsnaps.
- make the new operation pull the object_info_t for each head objects and provide a complete result. it'll be slower. with bluestore at least it won't result in additional IO since the enumeration will have brought the value into the rocksdb cache.
