Response header of swift API PUT /container/object returned by RGW does not contain last-modified, content-length, x-trans-id headers. But Swift returns these headers. #4575

@yehudasa @rzarzynski does this backport look good to merge ? It passed a run of the hammer rgw suite ( see http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/11492#rgw for details ).
