The component search within the editor is case sensitive

Issue Description

The component search within the editor is case sensitive. This makes searching for elements difficult.

To resolve this a custom filter functions should be passed to the searchable select.

The search should be case insensitive.

Current Behavior

The search is case sensitive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workspace and select the placeholder.
2. From within the editor select the component select field
3. Search for a component
4. Observe the search is case sensitive.
