When you have Many IM's Open, you cannot access the tabs at the end of the IM box.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open IM's with people
2. Open them until they go 'off screen' 
3.

What is the expected result? What happens instead?
You wont see the name, or be able to close the End IMs 

What web browser are you using, and under what operating system?
FireFox

Add a scroll bar at the top? So you can scroll along to get to the IM's at the 
end?
