Currently, Greybus for Zephyr does not support the Greybus UART protocol.

This change should include platform-specific changes to enable Greybus UART protocol support in Zephyr. The change should add code that enables the original NuttX code to interface with any required Zephyr UART APIs.

Tests and sample applications should be included as well to demonstrate functionality in CI and on hardware
