IE support and label extent

New feature:

• Typesetter computes the label's extent after typesetting

Fix:

• support IE again by providin polyfills for String.trimLeft(), String.trimRight() and String.replace()

Label Extent

The Typesetter now actually computes the label's extent after typesetting, applying the label's static transform.
