Reduce "HIGH" rule hits based on initial Wolfi analysis #118

  • Many alerts were at a higher risk severity than necessary: many "suspicious" rules have been downgraded to "notable"
  • Some alerts would be improved by including the discovered value in the output,
  • Some rules were overly broad
