The doc (from transition-legacy) is very basic and contains only what is useful to run after copying from .env.example and fine-tuning the examples/config.js file. There should be a more exhaustive document explaining all the configuration options and how to change them, for example, how to setup external osrm servers, how to run json2capnp without rust (if it still works), etc.
