Comment on issues and PRs that are fixed/included in releases to say something like "this fix for issue/this PR is included in x release"

Not 100% sure about this because it could be spammy given that releases are batched in changesets but that problem doesn't really exist in semantic-release given that releases aren't batched

Hey @mitchellhamilton, this looks pretty old but do you know this is developed? In my case, I would like to get releases snapshot release as a comment because, in Git Flow approach, there might be more then one PRs on develop. I would like to catch which snapshot is belongs which one.
