this funtion comes directly from speex for removing DC

thxs to ur reply。 but i have an another question,i want to change the parameter "frame_size" and i find u have "win_para_update.mat” fixed, can u tell me the formaluation of window function, looking forward to ur replay.thx again.

The proto-filter here is generated by window method, which satisfied oversampled filter bank in this case.
