Issue Description

Type: feature request

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

The destroy command only support UID parameter currently. When the database file is deleted, the experiment cannot be stopped by the blade command. So we should enhance the destroy command, for example:

blade destroy network delay --interface eth0
