Issue Description

Type: feature request

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

  1. the disk subcommand only support host node, not support docker or k8s. for some pods with local pv, the disk fill or burn faults are essential.

  2. the disk fill subcommand should support --percent parameter. for k8s users, they may not know the total size of the nodes' disk, so they don't know how to set the --size parameter.
