Manually add book cover to scanned book #23

Often books retrieved through a scan will have a generic or incorrect cover
due to many reason, some being publishing run used different one.
If we manually ad a book we can snap a cover image pic, I would like to see
this functionality extended throughout the whole application.

Yep, this is a missing feature in the current app. Issue 14 is my current 
proposed 
approach to it. Remove the camera stuff from the input form, and just allow 
users to 
select an image from the Gallery, or from the SD card, as another option on the 
"Manage Cover Image" tab of the edit page.

I just saw that after I posted this, sorry about that. I think that would work, 
often
the gallery is correct so this is fairly, on my stuff, isolated.
