I'm getting "Unable to save resume file: Permission denied" every time I try to download something with transmission. Any hints?

@javoparada I was searching on the web, and it seems sometimes the installation of Transmission messes the permissions up. The solution they provided is that you need to purge Transmission and reinstall it from scratch and it should work.

everything worked up to starting Bazarr "python3 bazarr.py" where I am receiving SyntaxError: invalid syntax. Guess I don't need subtitles that much.
