En mode mise à jour (connecté en admin / contributor) de document (/documents/{id}) :

Ajouter un Title à l'icône "fermer" dans la section collection (a class "is-delete") :

Attention, le Title ne doit pas s'afficher sur le texte précédant l'icône (lien vers la collection).

Le Title est différent si l'unique collection restante est la collection défaut :
