Focus on the tooltip of the graph when you click

Hi, I need to make it so that when you click on a graph column (bar), it focuses on its tooltip. I tried to do events: ['click'] but then my cursor pointer doesn't work when hovering over the bar, so the user doesn't know to click on it, if there is any solution to combine onHover event with cursor pointer and focus on the item with showing its tooltip?
