我查看了您的博客，依然不太清楚要如何运行此demo
我在clion打开了这个工程并接入了ros环境
在使用debug pcl_test时，报错了：
Cannot create a KDTree with an empty input cloud!
debug cloud_to_map_node时，显示已经initGrid 成功，但启动rviz并设置好topic等信息并没有接收到二维栅格地图。

第一个问题：应该是因为点云没有被构造引起的。这里是需要使用《SLAM14讲》里提供的RGB-D图像来构造的点云的，参考《SLAM14讲》的第五章。 第二个问题：根据你给的信息我难以判断问题所在。可能是点云没有被输入，也可能是代码写的有问题，建议你在代码的每一步输出相关debug信息，以进行判断。
