Improve documentation

Hi, could you improve the documentation? Explaining better what the collector does, and how to use the command after being compiled?
I ask this because I'm not a developer, and I don't have knowledge in golang either.
I managed to do the compilation and run the compilation script to generate the "Collector", but some things were a little confusing, like in the config.json file, I didn't understand why exporter needs a port? would it be in the scenario where he initiates the connection?
anyway I appreciate your work, because apparently you are the only one doing something opensource for IPDR-SP, I opened this issue to encourage you =), and to be able to contribute in some way.
