Do you have an existing app db that you'd like to convert to Sugar?
It doesn't support it currently. You might have to do it manually.. by running a migration script or something.

Do you want to upgrade from version 1 to version 2 of your db?
Yes, that can be done. #10 details it out. Its a recently added feature.
