Update selectize.js to latest version #21

There have been a few releases of selectize.js as of lately, updating to the latest version would probably make sense.

Also it seems currently 0.12.2 is bundled and not 0.12.1 as mentioned in the readme.

You are right, I think it's few releases behind.

I'm not so familiar with the project, so I'd rather not be a maintainer. Happy to provide a PR though. The js part should be straight forward, I need to have a look at the css though to see if there are some changes that need to be ported as-well.
