Lazy loading packages

Would it be possible to implement lazy loading?

dep was not designed with lazy loading in mind, so it might be difficult to add support for that in its current state. And I currently don't have a use case for it.

It might be something to consider when I eventually rewrite this project (for various other reasons, like code quality which isn't great since I wrote this while still learning Lua...)
